Senior Operations Manager

Leading retailer is now looking for a Senior operations Manager for their large distribution centre. Reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Budget 18 million.
• 6 warehouse shift managers.
• Must have union experience.
• Responsible for a 575,000 square foot chilled and ambient warehouse with a budget control of 32 million.
• Servicing 120 stores in the South of England.
• Workforce of 700 delivering 400,000 units per week (1.1 million at peak) on a fleet of 60 tractors and 190 trailers.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have at least 8 years experience within distribution gained within a FMCG environment. Must have previously worked within a unionised environment.
