• Lead service delivery across internal teams and outsourced partners.
• Improve data quality, resolve technical queries, and support new product onboarding.
• Drive workflow automation and help implement new platforms and AI tools.
• Partner with Finance on bordereaux, LPANs, and market submissions.
• Champion continuous improvement and refine operational processes.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and support team development.

• Proven leader with strong experience in operational and service management within Insurance.
• Understanding of market processing, data workflows, or outsourced administration.
• Previous experience indelivering process improvements while representing Operations at senior levels.
