Senior Operations Leader - Manufacturing, Warehouse & Distribution

LIPTON Teas & Infusions operates a major Trafford Park factory. We are seeking a senior operations leader to unite Manufacturing, Warehouse and Distribution into one high performing operation from plan to dispatch.

Reporting to the Factory Director, you will own the Operations P&L, drive safety, quality and service, and embed Autonomous Maintenance and continuous improvement across the site. You'll build capability, lead through managers and deliver sustained results.
