Senior Operations Lead, Energy Recovery Plant

Encyclis in Bedford, UK is seeking a senior operations leader to manage day-to-day performance, safety and continuous improvement at our energy-from-waste facility. You will guide the operations team, optimise plant availability, and uphold strict safety and environmental standards.

In this role you will drive OEE/KPI performance, collaborate with the regional engineering team to share learnings, and contribute to cost control and safe operating practices across the site.
