Senior Operations Lead - AI-Driven Growth (Camden)

Stint is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the Operations function across a portfolio of partners and Stinters from our London base. You'll drive day-to-day operations, scale processes, and build reporting that supports growth.

You'll lead a growing team, develop scalable systems, and use data to identify opportunities, forecast risks and improve performance. The role emphasises automation, AI and efficiency to support Stint's future expansion.
