Senior Operations & Performance Coordinator (Car Allowance)

Innovus Group in New Milton is seeking a proactive Senior Business & Performance Coordinator to join our operations team. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, schedule tasks, and ensure service levels are met while maintaining accurate records and ensuring strong client liaison.

The role requires excellent organisation, communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 35 hours weekly with office-based presence.
