Senior Offshore Logistics Lead - Wind Projects

RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager for an offshore wind project in Japan. You will coordinate Transport & Installation concepts and execution strategies, aligning package interfaces, and supporting procurement and construction readiness.

You will lead planning and interface management across diverse teams, identify risks, and drive improvements to ensure safe, on-time delivery of the project. Fluency in English and engineering/logistics backgrounds are required.
