Senior OD & Culture Lead - Engagement & Change

Northumberland County Council is recruiting a Senior Organisational Development & Culture lead within the OD&C service. You will take a strategic portfolio view of engagement, listening and culture insight, translating this into meaningful actions across the organisation.

You will lead culture change with senior leaders, translating staff feedback into organisation wide improvements, and shaping the organisation's narrative to support transformed leadership practice and norms.
