Senior OD Advisor - Children's Services Leadership

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Senior Organisational Development Advisor to support Community Paediatrics and other services. This role focuses on developing and delivering OD initiatives to improve outcomes for children and families. You will lead change management efforts, work with senior leaders to influence culture, and provide coaching and mentoring.

This is a full-time fixed-term position based at Templeton Business Centre. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in organisational development and a degree in a relevant field.
