• Work as an embedded practitioner within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver an integrated therapeutic service.
• Engage with children and young people by conducting high quality assessments and providing direct and indirect therapy.
• Offer consultation, training, and modeling to educational and residential staff to support the developmental goals of the children.
• Provide line management and clinical supervision to Occupational Therapists within the allocated setting or region.
• Utilize advanced specialist knowledge effectively across a range of work practices, applying a wide theoretical and practical understanding.
• Collaborate closely with children, young people, and their staff to ensure personalised delivery plans tailored to individual needs.
• Support recruitment and induction of new staff, offering mentoring and coaching as needed.

• Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
• Recent UK experience in an Occupational Therapy role.
• Experience working within the NHS.
• Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
