Senior Occupational Therapist - Complex Care Lead NW

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to work across four North West complex care services. You'll lead and supervise Junior Therapists or Therapy Assistants, delivering evidence based therapy and rehabilitation to empower residents to maximise independence.

You'll develop person centred care plans with the Clinical Team, carry out assessments, maintain records and collaborate with the Therapy Team to ensure high standards of care.
