Job Description
Cpl Healthcare is partnering with a leading Irish Nursing Home Group to recruit Assistant Directors of Nursing (ADON) for locations nationwide.
We're seeking a Registered Nurse (NMBI) with at least 3 years in elderly care, including 2+ years in a senior nursing role. A postgraduate qualification in Nursing Management is an advantage; strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential to drive care standards across multiple sites.
