Role Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A SENIOR ROOM LEADER

Create engaging, exciting learning experiences for children

Lead & inspire your nursery team with enthusiasm & creativity

Support children's development & maintain positive relationships with families

Plan fun, educational activities to spark curiosity & growth

Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene

Required Qualifications:

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT MATCH?

Do you have ?

Level 3 qualification or above in early years education

Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage-ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Room Manager

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team

A passion for fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families
