Job Description

JEM Childcare Solutions in Bristol is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a 80+ place setting in south Gloucestershire. This 40-hour week position (Mon-Fri) offers a salary around £40k plus a £1,500 starting bonus and approximately £5k in annual benefits after 1 year.

Excellent transport links and onsite parking support a smooth daily commute. You will manage a large team, drive Ofsted readiness, and ensure high-quality care aligned with EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety
