Your New Job:

As the Senior NPD Technologist, you'll report directly to the NPD Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams. You'll help oversee projects, ensure critical paths are met, and bring new products to life. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where communication is key and everyone's ideas are valued.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the NPD Manager and colleagues to deliver commercially successful new product development in response to customer needs.
• Make sure all development activity meets regulations, customer requirements, and legislative standards.
• Manage project timelines and documentation for effective product launches.
• Lead product improvement initiatives based on consumer feedback and market trends.
• Organise and participate in innovation sessions.
• Oversee handovers to site teams and approve artwork for legal and customer criteria.
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and ways of working.

What Are We Looking For?

• Relevant food industry qualifications and/or experience.
• Degree in Food, Marketing, Business, or similar (desirable).
• Passion for food, innovation, and current market trends.
• Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.
