Salary/Rate: £435 per day (Inside IR35)

Company Introduction

We are currently recruiting on behalf of leading UK Telco provider who are hiring for a Senior Network Test Engineer for a 3-month rolling contract.

The candidate must be prepared to go to Bradford at least once to understand the test lab environment.

Required Skills/Experience

1. Manual Automation Testing
2. Data Networks
3. L2 & L3 (Metro Ethernet Networks)
4. Cisco switches
5. Juniper
6. Nokia routers
7. Versa
8. Full automation skills in Python or Bash
9. Experience with Testing Tools such as Ixia, Byteblower, Wireshark etc

Desirable Skills:

1. Meraki
2. Ansible

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Assistance with test environment design, test strategy and test planning
2. Commissioning & installing (kit, software, test environment)
3. Configuring
4. Monitoring
5. Service testing & trouble shooting
6. Basic networking
