About the role

Futures are working on an exciting Senior National Account Manager role on behalf of a super innovative consumer goods business who are known in the market for their exceptionally fun products! Sitting in one of the fast-growing consumer goods industries, and with a current turnover of £100m + and amazing growth plans of 23% YoY it's never been a more exciting time to join this business.

Due to amazing growth they are expanding their sales team and hiring for an experienced Senior National Account Manager, who is keen for a new challenge!

Reporting in to the Sales Director you will manage the businesses top tier Grocery and Discounter accounts with a multi-million £ P&L and manage a small team of driven National Account Executives.

You will work alongside the Senior leadership team to develop new and bespoke strategies to drive brand growth with all key partners, to ensure strong ROI on the investments made within the business.

Your Responsibilites:
- Managing the businesses top tier accounts across Grocery and Discounters with a £multi-million P&L
- Manage a small team of driven National Account Executives
- Working alongside the Head of Sales to develop the businesses Grocery and Discounter strategies
- Develop new and bespoke strategies to drive brand growth with all key partners, to ensure strong ROI on the investments made in their business
- Working alongside the Marketing, Brand and Category teams to enable successful product activation and NPD launches
- Work with support team to develop forecasts that best reflect market realities; update forecasts as required, on a monthly basis as a minimum
- Timely and effective review of actual performance to ensure goals are achieved and adjust plans as necessary
- Analysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximize business opportunities while minimising risk

Your Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing Grocery or Discounter accounts
- Experience in people management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related area
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce an asset
- Ambitious and keen to progress in personal career
