Senior Multi-Media Designer

The Senior Multi-Media Designer accountabilities are the following:

• Manage and prioritise workloads to deliver on projects within tight deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with the communications team and other departments including Transport Infrastructure Ireland to ensure all projects are delivered on-brand and to the highest industry standard.
• Liaise with vendors and third parties when required.
• Design support for other departments' documents, communication pieces
• Create visually outstanding and effective communication campaigns for print and digital platforms.
• Design and create best in class materials for Transdev that embody the brand/s personality and attributes.
• Provide creative direction for communication campaigns and materials.
• Must have experience in video production and editing with proven experience across different software packages and proven experience in photo manipulation and image retouching.
• Create high impact, effective visuals for company presentations and internal communications.
• Strategic thinker, with a proven track record.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Must have a portfolio which shows work to date
• The ability to work both collaboratively within a team but also on your own initiative.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines, managing own workload and meeting deliveries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - comfortable in liaising with multiple stakeholders on any given project.
• Experience in working across various creative disciplines, including branding, marketing, internal communications, art direction and graphic design for print and online output.

• 5+ years' experience working as a Graphic Designer on brand projects in a creative agency and a love of all forms of design.
• A third level qualification in Graphic Design or relevant equivalent.
• Demonstrated history of using and a strong portfolio of creative design work in Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign. AI
• Intermediate video editing skills in PremierPro, After Effects with samples of work provided on request.
• Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS, basic competency in inputting into UX/ UI development.
