The successful candidate must have an extensive experience as a Mortgage Broker, be able to hit the ground running, have strong networking / relationship management skills and be comfortable dealing with HNW individuals.

This is a great lead source, working closely with a partner business specialising in pensions and employee benefits, you will have access to a fantastic lead source including HNW clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
• Minimum 3 years' mortgage advisory experience
• Experience dealing with HNW clientele (preferred)
• Entrepreneurial, driven, and enthusiastic personality
• Strong relationship-building skills at all levels
• Strong business networking skills

The Package:

• Up to £35k basic
• Annual Compliance / TCF Bonus
• Uncapped commission structure
