Senior ML Engineer - Build Production-Ready AI at Scale

A1 is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff, Machine Learning, to own critical ML subsystems in production. You will tackle ambiguous problems, design practical solutions, and ship reliable systems at scale. This hands on, high impact role focuses on depth and end to end execution.

You will work with Python, PyTorch/JAX, and GPU based training/inference to deliver real user impact, mentor teammates, and push ML engineering standards forward.
