What You'll Be Doing

• Consulting with Purpose: You'll work directly with mining customers to scope, plan, and implement Deswik's advanced mine planning software. Expect variety-commodities, mine types, and operational challenges across the region.
• On-Site Collaboration: Travel regularly to customer sites across EMEA & CIS to deliver training, troubleshoot, and embed Deswik solutions into operational workflows.
• Problem Solving with Impact: Use your site-based experience to guide mine design, scheduling, cost modelling, and optimization projects. You'll also support business development and account management.
• Teamwork Without Borders: Work alongside a global network of engineers and developers who "get it"-no egos, just smart people solving complex problems together.

What You'll Bring

• Strong background in mine design, scheduling, and production
• Proven user of Deswik.CAD IS Schedule (OPS and MDM a plus)
• Comfortable with frequent travel and working across cultures
• Clear communicator with fluency in English
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning
• Significant experience in underground metals mining

Nice to have

Exposure to open pit mining, PowerBI skills, bilingual fluency
