Senior Merchandiser: Field Team Leader & Training Mentor

Smiths News is seeking a Senior Merchandiser for a part-time role based in Staines. You will support Merchandisers and Field Performance Managers to run audits, hit KPI targets and ensure high retail standards across the territory.

You'll recruit, develop and retain a team of Merchandisers, deliver refresher training, and work with a wide range of retailers. A full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this field-based role.
