Job Description
Smiths News in Guildford is seeking a Senior Merchandiser for a part-time, 18-hour-per-week role (Mon, Thu, Fri). The position pays £14.80 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) plus mileage, with field-based duties supporting audits and KPI delivery across a defined territory.
You will help recruit, train and retain Merchandisers, deliver refresher trainings, and work with Field Performance Managers to achieve targets in retail and marketing environments.
