Senior Merchandiser - Field Leader (Part-Time, 18h) + Mileage

Instore is seeking a Senior Merchandiser for Oxford on a part-time basis (18 hours per week). The role offers £14.80 per hour inclusive of holiday pay plus mileage, with an additional location allowance of £1.14 per hour.

The job involves supporting Merchandisers and Field Performance Managers to achieve audits, KPIs and targets across a geographic territory. You will help recruit, develop and retain a team of Merchandisers and deliver refresher training as needed.
