Senior MEP Surveyor - Advisory & Asset Insight

WSP is seeking a Senior/Principal MEP Surveyor to join the Surveying Advisory team in London or Manchester. You will deliver technical advisory services, asset condition surveys, and lifecycle assessments, while providing independent certifier support to lenders, investors, and authorities.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets, and help win bids by delivering clear, professional reports across education, healthcare, and defence sectors and beyond.
