Salary: £95,000 - £100,000 + comprehensive package
We are currently recruiting for a Senior MEP Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 building services contractor, supporting a major long-term healthcare programme across London and the South East.
This is a key leadership role within a high-profile, multi-project framework, offering the opportunity to deliver technically complex schemes within a secure and growing pipeline of work.
The OpportunityYou will be responsible for leading the delivery of MEP packages on large-scale healthcare projects, managing teams through pre-construction and delivery phases, and ensuring successful project outcomes across programme, quality, and commercial performance.
The business is entering a significant growth phase, with substantial secured work and additional frameworks coming online, making this an excellent time to join and progress within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead MEP project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across design, commercial, and site functions
- Drive programme, quality, and commercial performance
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Support and develop junior members of the team
- Proven experience as a Senior MEP Project Manager within a Tier 1 contractor environment
- Strong background delivering large-scale projects (healthcare experience preferred)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage complex project delivery
- Long-term career mindset with ambition to progress
