We might be looking for you

Responsibilities

• Co ordinate and conduct training sessions for the two senior men's teams on Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings (7:00 pm to 8:30 pm).
• Lead Saturday matches, with kick off times varying between 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm, all within the Hampshire leagues.
• Plan, prepare and deliver game and skill zones to develop core skills, motivate 1st team players to improve, and inspire 2nd team players to aspire to first team rugby.
• Provide coaching oversight, feedback and support to players using an inside facility and astro turf for poor weather training.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualified coach.
• Access to CPD and Hampshire Coaching events.
• Experience coaching adult rugby teams preferable.
