Job Description

The Francis Crick Institute is recruiting a Principal Laboratory Research Scientist Medicinal Chemist to lead medicinal chemistry for a key drug discovery programme. You will drive design, synthesis and lead optimisation, collaborating across biology, pharmacology, DMPK and computational teams to advance candidates.

Reporting to the project leader, you will manage external CRO activities, shape SAR strategies, and contribute to high-impact cancer therapies within a dynamic academia industry
