Senior Mechanical Project Manager - HVAC

An established and growing building services contractor is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple HVAC projects across the UK. This is a pivotal role for an organised and driven professional who can lead teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of multiple HVAC projects across the UK.

• Lead teams, manage resources, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project success.

• Monitor project performance to ensure on time, on budget delivery and high standards of quality.

Benefits

• Salary £60,000 - £65,000

• Car or £5,000 car allowance

• Yearly bonus

• 24 days holiday increasing 1 day per year to 28, plus 8 bank holidays

Qualifications

• Proven background in mechanical project management within HVAC or building services

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems within the building services sector

• Capable of overseeing teams, subcontractors, and materials procurement

• Excellent communication and client liaison skills

• Competent with CAD drawings and Microsoft Office

• ONC/HNC in Building Services (HVAC) preferred

• CSCS card and relevant health & safety training
