As the Senior Marketing Manager for EMEA Regional Marketing, you'll develop and execute our marketing and events strategy across high-potential Growth Markets. You'll drive pipeline and revenue by translating the global campaign strategy into impactful regional events and campaigns. This role collaborates with the EMEA Regional Marketing team, global Demand Generation and Lifecycle/Customer Marketing teams, and partners with Sales, SDR, Customer Experience, People Science, and the wider Global Marketing function.

What you'll do
  • Establish and own the plan that translates GTM goals into events and regionalised campaigns which leverage and extend global marketing programs. Localise content, journeys, and messaging for buyers across segments to generate and accelerate pipeline and revenue for both new logos and expansion.
  • Event Management: planning and execution of regional events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities, focusing on creating impactful brand experiences and generating high-quality leads and account engagement.
  • Pipeline Management: Drive the creation and management of a robust pipeline of new logos and expansion opportunities through targeted and innovative events and regionalised campaigns
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, SDR, People Science, and customer success teams to synchronize marketing efforts with business goals, run quarterly activities, retrospectives, and ensure follow-up lead management to opportunity conversion.
  • Business acumen and influence: Apply understanding of sales priorities, customer needs, and regional landscape to shape plans; provide feedback to global campaign teams and ensure alignment with global strategies.
  • Leverage local partners to run joint events and webinars that influence pipeline.
  • Performance Metrics and Analysis: Track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement and measurable results.
  • Budget management and ROI optimization across programs and channels.
  • Manage local vendor relationships and event logistics to deliver high-quality executions on time and within budget.
Success in this role means
  • Pipeline and revenue targets are met with improving conversion quarter over quarter.
  • Regionalisation of global campaigns lands effectively with ICP insights informing global messaging and content.
  • Strong sales partnership with shared plans, clear cadences, aligned reporting, and measurable acceleration on top accounts.
  • Budget is proactively managed with ROI narratives and a test-and-learn roadmap tied to pipeline impact.
You have
  • Ideally 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with regional or field marketing focused on driving measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience creating and executing regional marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition, expand the customer base, and elevate brand in the assigned region.
  • Experience in an international organization with an appreciation for diverse viewpoints.
  • Innovative and creative mindset with willingness to experiment and take calculated risks.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with MarTech tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, webinar and ABM tools) to prioritize, measure, and optimize programs.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Understanding of scaling across new logo and expansion with balance between high-touch field activity and global digital plays.
  • German or another European language experience or exposure to DACH/BLX/European markets.
  • Willingness to travel as required for regional events and initiatives.
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with HR tech and HR buyer; experience aligning programs to engagement, performance, and development use cases for People teams.
  • Experience working with regional partners and third-party events to extend reach within the EMEA ecosystem.
