Senior Marketing Manager - Public Sector

The role: Own and execute the UK&I public-sector marketing plan across enterprise accounts. You'll partner tightly with sales to design ABM and field programmes, deliver executive engagement, run digital campaigns and events, and report pipeline impact with rigor.

What you'll do

Build quarterly marketing plans aligned to sales priorities; translate market needs into actionable programmes.

Design and deliver ABM and deal-based motions (roundtables, exec dinners, bootcamps) that progress opportunities.

Lead local execution across digital campaigns and events, working with internal peers and agencies.

Forecast, measure and communicate impact (weekly reports/monthly dashboards) using Salesforce (and Power BI/Marketo where relevant).

Act as a credible partner to sales leadership; influence senior customer stakeholders.

What you'll bring

5+ years B2B enterprise marketing in tech/SaaS, with UK Public Sector experience (Central Gov, NHS, Local Authority or Blue Light).

Proven ABM/field track record generating and accelerating pipeline; confident forecasting and attribution in SFDC.

Strong stakeholder management in matrix environments; skilled briefing and managing agencies.

Executive presence with clear written & verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior audiences.

Bonus: familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and dashboarding (e.g., Power BI).
