You will translate Capri-Sun's global vision into a locally relevant strategy, ensuring strong market performance, brand storytelling, and sustainable growth.This role is a key member of the GB leadership team, responsible for defining and executing the brand and category strategy, influencing global initiatives, and driving excellence across marketing disciplines. The Senior Marketing Manager leads a team of four, builds strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Finance, and ensures that Capri-Sun remains the category leader and preferred choice among consumers and retailers. WAYS OF WORKING We operate a hybrid working model offering flexibility of on-site and remote work (2-3 days in our London office/Customer meetings and 2 days from home) SCOPE OF THE ROLE The role lies within our GB & I business unit based in Great Portland Street, in London. You will be working in a high performing and diverse team with a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders as well as external agencies.In this role, together with your team, you will be responsible for driving the full marketing mix and category strategy & execution for Capri-Sun in Great Britain & Ireland. You will be a true brand owner with responsibility for brand, portfolio and category management, covering 360 campaign media planning and communications management, performance analysis, in store and trade executions and end to end innovation. It involves close collaboration with the Global Marketing Team, Media Agency Partners, and the GB Sales Team. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and implementation of the Capri-Sun brand strategy & category strategy in the GB & I markets Translate global brand positioning into locally relevant campaigns, communication, and innovations Design and execute annual brand plans, ensuring effective implementation and budget optimization. Lead and inspire a team of four marketing professionals, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI across all investments Drive brand health and performance through data-driven decision making using Nielsen, Kantar, and internal analytics Develop and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities with external agencies Oversee portfolio management, packaging strategy, and innovation pipeline for the GB market Strengthen category leadership by working closely with Sales and Shopper Marketing to deliver customer-focused solutions Monitor market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth YOUR PROFILE Minimum 6-8 years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG Strong marketing and brand management acumen within FMCG, preferably in beverages or food Proven experience in designing and executing national brand strategies within a global framework Strong commercial mindset with experience in budget ownership and P&L understanding Expertise in media planning, digital marketing, and consumer insights analysis/ category management Fluent English (written and spoken). German speaking is an advantage but not required SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Strategic and Creative Skills You are strategic and experienced in marketing strategy development, situational and trend analysis and creative campaign development. You have a strong passion for understanding consumers and brands and are a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. Project management skills You're well organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe and to work well and lead cross functional teamsYou also possess the skills to prioritise and simplify when needed, being able to perform under pressure. Communication Skills At Capri-Sun you'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's important you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and deal with all kinds of different stakeholders cross functionally, across countries and management levels.
