Senior Marketing Executive

Overview

The marketing team at Harding Evans is well known amongst the legal sector in Wales, having won a number of awards - most recently for Marketing Initiative of the Year at the 2025 Legal News Wales Awards. The Senior Marketing Executive position has been created to strengthen the marketing team at a time of continual growth for the firm.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the firm's marketing activity, acting as the operational lead for campaigns and initiatives to ensure effective delivery across departments.
• Track metrics and report on campaigns, adjusting plans accordingly.
• Handle all aspects of the marketing mix, from creative production to media planning.
• Provide day to day support and guidance to the Marketing Executive to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with strategy.
• Represent the firm at events throughout the year, often on weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong working experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and video editing tools such as Capcut.
• Proven ability to manage multi channel campaigns and drive measurable results.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for transporting marketing materials to events.
