Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to enable the team to reach its full potential.

  • Drive achievement of key performance metrics, including yield improvement and value initiatives.

  • Develop and implement policies that reflect both technical excellence and business alignment.

  • Monitor market and industry trends to stay ahead of emerging challenges and opportunities.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical, operational, and team-related issues.

  • Advise on strategic solutions, anticipating potential challenges and their broader implications.

  • Make informed decisions on project prioritisation and resource allocation.

  • Influence a variety of stakeholders internally and externally to achieve operational goals.

  • Lead technical briefings and cross-functional meetings, effectively translating engineering concepts into business-oriented insights and recommendations.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of engineering theories, principles, and systems relevant to manufacturing excellence.
Education & Experience:

  • Honours Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in people and technical leadership roles within a comparable manufacturing or regulated environment.
