Enterprise, Technology and Performance Our clients want to achieve maximum value from digital transformation investments in Finance, Supply Chain and IT operations. That's where we come in. By taking a holistic view of performance improvement, including strategy, process design and technology enablement, we support the smooth operation of transformations.

Features of your role include:
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding the firm's client base. Use your experience to identify potential clients, develop proposals, and participate in business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Working closely in partnership with our clients to understand their aspirations, needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives and goals.
- Lead project teams, responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Manage the financials of the project ensuring that the project is profitable and that resources are allocated effectively.
- Apply standard delivery models and form relationships across the global firm and Global Delivery Network to leverage the best in delivery models.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in ServiceNow, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices, and sharing your knowledge with clients and team members.
- Provide guidance, support to team members, and ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.
- Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers. They provide feedback and support to help team members achieve their goals.
- Drive our ServiceNow business and practice development activities relating to our growing ServiceNow capability.
- Understand and contribute to the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive environment.

- Contribute and/or sponsor the development of innovative market solution offerings based on the ServiceNow platform.

- Lead in the development of proposals, providing architectural insight and expertise to identify the right fit approach and solution for prospective clients.
- Help credentialise Deloitte's expertise through supporting oral presentations.
- Create resource estimates and commercial approaches to support business development.
- Follow Deloitte methodology and approaches.
- Build delivery time scales and project plans.
- Work with others as part of a wider response team.
- Understand offshore and onshore models to provide the best solution for delivery and client outcome.
Required experience
- Demonstrable experience leading complex, outcome focused, ServiceNow transformation programmes within our private sector industries, relating to ServiceNow, enterprise service management and service operating models.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, challenging, and varied environment.
- Proven experience in the implementation of ServiceNow applications including but not limited to ITSM, HRSD, iRM, ITOM, and CSM.
- Commercial awareness to manage effective client, supplier, and partner relationships.
- Understanding of the project sales cycle, including structuring a programme with appropriate resources and cost modelling.
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its applications.
- Enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference and for building the business and reputation of the practice.
- Certified in Prince2 and/or Agile disciplines.
- Certified in ITIL v3/4 Foundation or higher certifications.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer.
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation.
- Certified Technology Architect or Master Architect.
