About the Role

We're on the lookout for a dynamic SeniorManager for our Restaurants & QSR offering, to lead ourfast-paced food venues at Butlin's Skegness. Overseeing 10 outletsincluding big names like Burger King, Papa Johns, Subway, Costa,and Chopstix and our own Firehouse, Diner and Beachcomber, you'lltake charge of daily operations, team management, and brandstandards.

This is a keysenior role where you'll inspire a team of venue and duty managers,ensuring exceptional guest experiences while keeping a close eye onperformance, costs, and team development. You'll use data andfeedback to drive improvement, manage rotas and budgets, and workclosely with resort leadership to plan ahead and meet guestdemand.

We're lookingfor someone with solid leadership experience in hospitality orretail F&B, who thrives in a hands-on role, can balancefinancial targets with service excellence, and is passionate aboutleading high-performing teams.

You should have provenexperience leading multiple restaurants or QSR operations, with agenuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.You'll need to be both hands-on and comfortable diving intoday-to-day challenges and strategic, able to set a clear vision foryour team.

You should thriveon motivating and developing large teams, creating an environmentwhere people feel supported and inspired. Strong financial acumenis essential; you'll be adept at managing budgets, P&L, andusing data and feedback to drive continuousimprovement.
