Job Description

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Senior Manager to own mobilisation and delivery readiness for a defined Plant Delivery Area. You will lead planning, coordination and execution across design, manufacture, supply chain and operations, ensuring progress from design maturity through industrialisation into site delivery.

The role requires leading a team of mobilisation professionals, managing schedules, risks and dependencies, and applying governance frameworks across a complex engineering programme
