What you'll be doing- Run the operating cadence for the people function (quarterly planning, OKRs, roadmap management, review cycles), ensuring alignment to company priorities.
- Drive prioritization across strategic initiatives, M&A activity, and core delivery, balancing impact, capacity, and timing.
- Establish clear governance, ownership, and executive reporting to provide visibility into progress, risks, and trade offs.
- Lead high impact People Strategic Projects (e.g., operating model redesign, global expansion, system transformation), ensuring disciplined scoping and delivery against defined business outcomes.
- Own the people workstream across M&A, translating transaction objectives into workforce strategy and structured integration plans.
- Execute end to end integration across organizational design, leadership alignment, workforce mapping, role harmonization, and systems alignment.
- Build repeatable integration frameworks and toolkits to develop scalable M&A execution capability.

- Lead the selection and implementation of AI enabled people technologies, modernizing the technology stack to drive automation, integration, and workflow efficiency.
- Establish people analytics and reporting frameworks that generate actionable insights and directly inform executive decision making.
- Lead complex cross functional transformation programs from problem definition through implementation.
- Apply structured problem solving, milestone discipline, and risk management to drive execution across high impact initiatives.
- Develop change frameworks to ensure leadership alignment and sustained adoption.
- Measure and communicate impact across cost, productivity, operating efficiency, and workforce outcomes.
- 8+ years of experience in HR, organizational development, or people operations, with a track record of designing and scaling people systems in high growth or transformational environments.
- Proven experience implementing HRIS platforms, designing organizational structures, and leading people focused change initiatives.
- Strong background in at least three of the following: talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, organizational design, or change management.
- Experience in tech, scale ups, or fast paced environments is highly valued.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen; able to translate people challenges into business impact and vice versa.
- Excellent project management and execution skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams and delivering on tight timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; comfortable with data, metrics, and evidence based decision making.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence senior leaders and engage employees at all levels.
- Change management expertise; experience leading organizational transitions with clear communication and stakeholder buy in.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity; able to operate effectively in fast moving, evolving environments.
- Passion for building inclusive, high performing cultures where people thrive.
- Ownership mentality; takes end to end accountability for initiatives from design through implementation and iteration.
- Pragmatic and action oriented; bias toward shipping solutions and learning from feedback rather than perfectionism.
- Collaborative and empathetic; genuinely interested in understanding people's needs and building solutions that work for them.
- Curious and continuous learner; stays current on people trends, best practices, and emerging tools.
- Aligned with Nscale's core values: relentless innovation, ownership and accountability, openness and transparency, customer centric focus, sustainability, and full speed collaboration.
- Experience in infrastructure, cloud, or AI/tech industries.

- Knowledge of equity compensation, benefits design, or total rewards strategy.
- Experience with organizational network analysis or advanced people analytics.
- Certification in organizational development, change management, or related fields (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
- Highly competitive package (base + equity) with reviews every 12 months.
- Join the fastest growing tech startup, your chance to push boundaries, collaborate with brilliant minds, and make your mark on cutting edge AI.
- Expect a dynamic progression plan tailored to your ambitions. Grow by trying new things, leading, challenging the status quo, and owning your impact, always with our full support.
- Human First Flexibility: We treat you as humans first. Our flexible workplace trusts Nscalers to deliver, giving you the autonomy to shape your day around life's moments.
