What role will you play?

You will be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, providing analysis and insights on the Macquarie Asset Management business. Your responsibilities include internal forecasting, business performance analysis, and decision support. You'll assist with preparing and analyzing the Real Asset division forecast and budget, along with supporting various initiatives through ad-hoc tasks. Regular meetings with stakeholders will be part of your role to discuss business performance.

What you offer

• 8+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within asset management or financial services
• Tenacity, agility, and a proven ability to maintain high performance in a fast-paced, output-focused environment
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working across global regions
• Strong understanding of and ability to communicate business performance through key financial metrics
• A curious mindset with a track record of process improvement
