Senior Maintenance Planning Lead - Drive Fleet Growth

Ryanair is recruiting a Maintenance Planning Lead to join our Planning Department in Swords, Dublin. You will oversee maintenance planning across the Ryanair Group, produce daily progress reports, and coordinate with third-party MROs to secure upcoming maintenance needs as we grow to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests.

You will lead planning initiatives, maintain workpacks, and ensure compliance with EASA Part-M/Part-CAMO/Part-145 regulations while driving timely, high-quality results.
