Are you a seasoned maintenance leader ready to take charge of high-impact operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We're seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead our engineering, catering and facilities function at our major production site in Hounslow.

About the Role:

As the Senior Maintenance Engineering Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and reliability of all machinery, infrastructure, and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations. You'll drive preventative strategies, manage compliance, and lead a skilled engineering team to maintain optimal performance across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and manage all daily and preventative maintenance activities across the facility
• 
  Develop, implement, and oversee statutory and planned maintenance schedules
• 
  Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance engineers and technicians
• 
  Manage procurement and inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials
• 
  Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food safety (HACCP), and environmental regulations
• 
  Maintain comprehensive maintenance documentation, equipment records, and compliance reports

What You Bring:

• 
  8+ years' leadership experience in maintenance engineering within airline catering, hospitality, or high-volume production environments
• 
  Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and multi-site operations
• 
  Strong technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and utilities systems
• 
  In-depth understanding of H&S legislation, HACCP, and sustainability practices
• 
  Excellent problem-solving, team-building, and communication skills
• 
  Play a critical leadership role in a leading production facility in Hounslow
• 
  Work in a dynamic, safety-first, and innovation-driven environment
•
