Senior M&E Site Manager - Luxury Residential, West End

Fawkes and Reece are seeking an MEP Site Manager with a mechanical bias to work on a high-end residential project in the West End for 12 months, starting in August. You will oversee six luxury apartments, managing mechanical and electrical services and leading on site progress and coordination.

This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in building services, a proactive approach to planning, strong communication and a commitment to safety to keep the
