Senior M&A Counsel - Ecommerce & Growth

unybrands is seeking a Corporate Counsel (M&A) to provide general legal guidance across functions and lead the legal workstreams of the acquisition process from letter of intent, through diligence, to closing.

You'll draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, handle employment, IP, data privacy, and assist the General Counsel on equity and debt finance rounds while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
