An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a driven Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3+ years' PQE) to join the high-performing practice of our client, an award-winning Irish commercial law firm in Dublin. Operating within a supportive and forward-thinking environment, you will advise clients on a wide range of high-stakes contentious matters, working alongside market-leading partners and associates.
Roles and Responsibilities- Core Commercial & Shareholder Litigation: Act as a key advisor on general commercial litigation and complex shareholder or boardroom disputes.
- Finance, Insolvency & Specialist Claims: Manage a broad caseload including banking & investment disputes, insolvency litigation, professional negligence, and defamation matters.
- Broader Practice Exposure: Support clients across additional firm specialisms as required, including property/construction, IP/IT, and data protection conflicts.
- Dispute Resolution Pathways: Represent clients effectively across court litigation at all levels as well as alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, including mediation and arbitration.
- Strategy, Advocacy & Growth: Draft pleadings, instruct counsel, conduct legal research, foster enduring client relationships, and contribute to practice development.
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or an equivalent common law jurisdiction (ideally 3+ years' PQE).
- Strong background in commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, and specialist commercial claims, with polished technical and drafting competencies.
- Clear commercial acumen with the ability to provide pragmatic, risk-managed advice to corporate and individual clients.
- Highly organised approach to managing complex caseloads, combined with strong team-oriented interpersonal skills.
