Senior Line Chef at Hilton Woking, part of the Victoria Square redevelopment. Join a team committed to delivering the ultimate guest experience across all areas of the business, with a focus on sustainability and community engagement.

Our hotel features 189 guest rooms (including 12 suites). Guests experience the lobby bar, GLOW, the all-dining restaurant, OXBO, and the Sky Bar, LOFT. We host Meetings & Events for up to 500 guests, requiring a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef
  • Regular training
  • Ensure all food preparation meets standards
  • Prepare and present high quality food
  • Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
  • Assist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance with company procedures
What we are looking for
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Ability and desire to motivate the team
  • Achieved Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Supervisory experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on own or in teams
