What We're Looking For
We're looking for a self-motivated, well-organised engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to learning and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence.

Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering, Servicing & Maintenance or equivalent (J-Module)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in routine lift maintenance and servicing
At least 10 years' experience in diagnostics and fault-finding across a range of lift systems
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A flexible and adaptable approach to working hours

Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled lift servicing and minor repairs
Attend breakdowns and identify faults with minimal supervision
Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
Deliver excellent customer service on every job
Accurately complete technical reports and documentation
Manage time and workload efficiently

Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday (typically 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm)
37.5 hours per week, plus 30-minute unpaid lunch break
