Leisure Solutions Community Trust, via Serco Leisure, seeks a Senior Lifeguard to lead pool operations and ensure a safe, welcoming experience for all visitors at The Weald Sports Centre, Cranbrook. You will support the Duty Manager, supervise Lifeguards, and maintain high standards across the facility.
