About The Role

We are looking for Senior Life Practitioners to join our team at Holmlea in East Markham, Newark.

We seek a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Senior Life Practitioner. Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will advocate and provide person-centred care, supporting our staff team to perform their duties effectively, ensuring the best care for our residents.

We provide a company vehicle for transporting residents to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driving licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Kisimul Autism, Learning Disability, Residential Care

Kisimul provides schools, colleges, care homes, and supported living services for children and adults with complex needs.

About You

Experience and qualifications: Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, or at least 3 years of experience as a support worker.

Experience supporting young adults with disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Competent written and oral communication skills, including computer literacy.
