Senior Leverage Finance Counsel - 6 Month Assignment

Lawyers On Demand Limited is seeking an experienced finance lawyer to join a busy finance team on a six-month assignment in London. The role involves acting as the most senior lawyer below partner level, focusing on leveraged finance matters for technology and growth company clients and banking institutions.

You will lead on transactions from inception through to completion, advise on a range of financing deals, supervise a junior lawyer, and support both lender and borrower side matters.
