Senior Lettings Relationship Manager: Property & Compliance

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in London's Wimbledon area is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for the Lettings Management team. You will ensure properties meet legal and contractual obligations while delivering excellent customer service, and support Team Leaders in embedding best practices across the department.

Key tasks include handling complaints, managing property performance, overseeing safety and maintenance, conducting visits, and managing deposits and insurance claims.
